Very Good

Food ok for a large hotel, service at dinner was hit or miss but if you stay for a while and Figure out who is amazing, stay in that area. Exceptional service in spa (but not part of property).

Did not appreciate when I checked in early and was given room keys only to walk all the way back to building 5 and see that room was not yet ready. Wasn't dealt with appropriately, few drinks on the house would have gone a long way while waiting.

Quiet Pool. Entertainment was nice. Smelt nice. Clean rooms and facilities. Fast service and good customer service.

August break - family of four

This is a big hotel but with the smaller structures (our room was in a building with one floor) and well spread out in a rather mature and well kept garden, you never felt it was that big. The room itself was spacious even for a family of 4 and the aircon worked well. The layout of the different pools was super nice but this is also the main area that is in desperate need of renovation. The floor around the SPA pool (outside) needs to be changed because it felt outdated but with that said, the floor around the main pools seems to have been changed recently and is modern and rather well kept. The pool bar which is a big hit for this hotel as well as the pools around felt worn down and in need of a good scrub or, to be fully renovated. The Balinese bed area around the pool is a good idea but as already mentioned by other guests, almost every service/offering at this hotel comes to an extra cost. My husband tried the SPA and thought it was the best SPA in all the different 4 star hotels we have stayed at in Majorca over the years. The pool restaurant was good and the buffet in the main restaurant offered rather high quality and varied food choices throughout the week (themed evenings like Arab, American, Mallorcan..). A short 10min walk to different beautiful beaches and there is a shuttle service for those that do not wish to walk. Overall, what makes this a nice hotel is the wonderful staff. Special mention to Elena in the pool restaurant (I have rarely met a more service minded and friendly person) as well as the older man in the pool bar (not sure if his name was Lorenzo). Unfortunately, there are also a few reasons why we will not go back to this hotel: For 500Eur per night and half board during peak season (family of 4), I would still expect free water/beer offers at dinner (free water offered only during breakfast). You have to take into account a much higher budget than initially anticipated only because of the extras at dinner time.

Very Good

Staff is very polite and helpful. Dinners and breakfast were fresh and tasty. Room was quite as requested and kept clean. Cleanings were made in the morning. Massage with Dalia was reviving.

We had to pay extra for water at dinner and buy water for us for the day, because there was no water in the room, which is unacceptable. In this type of climate water must be free and available always and everywhere and people must be reminded to drink water to avoid dehydration. Like it was before. I do not understand why it is different now.

Nice hotel, nice location

Nice hotel. Well maintained. Good selection of food whcih was generally to a pretty high standard. Pool area was spacious and not overly crowded. My wife and daughter got a message and spoke very highly of Manu and Suzanna

Only disappointment was thats there alot of ants in the room....floors, walls, bedside tables even on the bed. Even after a cleaning, they returned..

We were overjoyed with our visit. It was better than we were expecting and ticked every box.

The hotel was lovely, more than we expected. The grounds were so well kept! You could see the love put into keeping the site clean and tidy at all times. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Facilities and meal times superb! We had a lovely room and felt it was exactly what we needed. We will defo be back!

The beach is not directly on your door but if you have a car it’s only a short drive away

Really lovely place to stay. Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. The grounds of the hotel are really lovely with well kept gardens etc. very tidy. Nice comfortable rooms with great facilities. Great food & drink options.

The only thing I found disappointing was no USB sockets in the bedroom. For a place like this it should be standard. No computer/room to access the internet if needed.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel has nice amenities Breakfast and dinner were also okay, but wouldn't enjoy for more than 3 days.

The view from the dinner/breakfast place was just bad. We knew there wouldn't be a great view, but we expected a decent lake view, but it was all dried up. This isn't where you can have breakfast and enjoy a nice view. Otherwise, it was good. Oddly, you must pay extra for a spa, but I have noticed it's standard on the island. However, access to the indoor pool was free.

Overal a good stay with beautiful room, landscaping, pool. A few minor annoyances with loud music..

Good modern recently refurbished room (superior suite with small lounge), very large bed, modern bathroom, large loggia. The grounds were well kept and nicely designed, relaxing natural colour scheme and materials, good pool area, tennis etc. Fabulous professional massage. Food was good and fresh in the mornings as well evenings. Parking was available by the resort, although very full. Walkable distance to the beaches and port (15mins). Late check out very helpful.

Having a room with "garden view" overlooking the pool area and the entertainment stage is not "garden view". The music/sound of the evening entertainment was extremely loud, until 11PM, extremely annoying so at times. Such was also the afternoon aqua gym/aerobics entertainment music. Too loud, a health and safety issue. We did not request a change of rooms which was our own fault, next time a room by the pool/stage would not be accepted. Breakfast and Dinner buffets were started to be removed 15-10mins before the announced end time, staff started being nervous about serving people 15mins before end time. The A/C in the room smelled very bad at times, such that it was unusable some days. Not the biggest problem as you can widely open the terrace and juliet balcony doors, but a little uncomfortable still.

A lovely long weekend well needed!

The pool and spa were great spots. Loved the resort feel and spacious grounds. Spa was lovely and staff very pleasant. All staff overall were lovely except dinner.

On arrival was told we did not need to book a table for dinner, so we didn’t. But then on our last night (as we went out the first two) we decided to stay on site, when arriving he didn’t know wether we had been before or not so I explained, they then took us to a small table in between 2 other tables which was horrible, I asked to move us so he did then to the same table but in another room! I asked for a window or outside table and he said… those are reserved! So… yeah we ended up going out! So you need to decide if you are going to reserve or not. If you are, ensure your reception knows this! We also were not told about the 2 seatings… so yeah again on check in needed to be communicated. This was a shame as we loved everything else!

Great place with absolutely fantastic staff.

As a result of a flight cancellation at Palma we booked an emergency last minute stay and didn’t arrive until 3:30 am after spending nearly 8 hrs queueing in the airport for Ryanair ‘assistance’ (ha ha - thoroughly useless!). Even at that time of the morning the staff were gracious and attentive and honestly couldn’t have done more (thanks Roxy & Juan)! They showed us to the restaurant for refreshments and snacks whilst they sorted our room and went out of their way to help. Absolutely fab staff and a lovely hotel. Can’t comment on the area etc as it was a flying visit but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them on the above basis.

Value for money, great for families snd kids, a bit deserted though…

Nice and clean place. We had a newly renovated 1- bedroom apartment in good condition

Service. Staff feels overwhelmed with ordinary work such as refilling buffet or clearing tables. Support for instance giving a helping hand for carrying luggage is perceived as totally off limits. Compared with other 4 star hotels a lot to make in my view… Food. Quality and choice is really good but taste isn’t- a least not for me…
